Page one is the valuation: the figure, the likely range, how many sales it rests on, and what was done to reach it.

Page two is the evidence: every matched sale with its date, mileage, price, the mileage adjustment and the recency weight applied, plus the definitions a reader needs to check the work.

Where the sales of a model disagree too widely for one figure, the report publishes the calibrated range instead of a point. Where the engine cannot stand behind a number at all, it says so and the payment is refunded in full.
